Anyone that's ever seen the New York City Council in operation will probably look at the Ministry of Her Royal Highness the Sovereign Princess of Westpocket, and make odious comparisons. Say what you want, but this pack of ditherers doesn't appear to be doing active harm. On the other paw, they're not doing much good, either, which is of a piece with what appears to be bothering the realm.
Some of you have been making pretty shrewd guesses as to what's going on, but we'll see how things develop (as you can see from the date-codes, these episodes were written some months ago).
