I’ve been wanting to color this one for a long time and hard to believe I did the sketch a year ago. I just love secluded rich forests with just a hint of sunlight peaking through the trees.

This has got to be my favorite piece of yours to date--the lighting, foliage, the fur, everything is just wonderful. I love their expressions, especially the bottom one, and how the light plays on their fur. I really like the detail on the rock, too, it's a nice touch and gives it a more spiritual, fantasy aspect.
if ONLY FA had a double, tripple, or SUPER fav!! You would get one and then some from me.... hehe.... AMAZING. I grew up in a rural setting where I could go 'take a hike' for real, and there are places that look like that, some may call it a fantasy look, but I have seen it! Its rare, even in the temperate forests of TN, but it does exist! You capture that look of sunlight barely reaching the forest floor. I have seen the forest by nothing but a full moon as well, thanks to my good night vision, but you really captured this lighting. Have you experienced it yourself, have you seen a setting similar to this one? Cause you nailed it!
I couldn't make it out of Anthrocon with the first jumbo print of this with no less than five comments of awe and appreciation. I watched fondly as I walked by people and their faces turned towards the double-matted image I carried so carefully, protecting it from possible bumps with others. A mixture of such positive behavior: quirked eyebrows, raised with the force of one impressed; widened eyes of appreciation and - quite possibly the best - the softened expressions and smiles of those who seemed to wish they could be one of the two within such an embrace.
Perhaps I'm less capable of expressing my emotions than some, but my softer side demanded I own a print of this work and I couldn't be more satisfied. It will be framed and placed upon my wall by the end of the week.
Thank you, Natasha.

The picture really taken me aback- it's that beautiful. The scenery, the characters, the texture alone even is just flat out amazing. I can't get enough of the details as well, including the sensation of the two characters really looking like they're in a bond, a hug that's fleshed out making it all the more perfect. Extremely good job on this piece, it's wonderful.
