Woo didly, another Mercenary Profile. I know now, more or less, how long it takes to make one... and yes, the image is what takes the longest.
Before the lengthy explanation begins, here is the original image, and the link to the profile of its owner:

So, what did I do here, and why? Well, first of I looked at Audry's pose and noticed that her arms/palms were perfectly suited to be leaning against something. I considered my options and looked for images that could suit the idea in my head. First I thought truck, but when I could not find something that would fit I began expanding my search to other vehicles.
That is when I found a photograph of that poor derelict car and decided that would be the perfect car for Audry. Cropping it out took ages, and I went the extra mile to modify bits of it that are not visible in the picture itself.

As the photographs in the Mercenary Profiles are black and white I did not have to recolor the car (I wanted it to be red), but I did some work on shading to make it look darker (as if it were not white originally) and closer to a darker/reddish shade.
The only thing I did not wish to shade/darken were the headlights so those were cropped out on seperate layers to keep them crispy white.
Finding the right background was also a bit of a challenge. Old ruins? Dark Forest? In the end I wanted to make the picture look friendly, pleasant, a bit of a contrast to the report itself.
Glueing it all together something felt very wrong, and the quick answer was focus. You see, all the three images had their focus set on different things. The background, the car, and Audry. So I blurred everything that was not Audry or close to her to make it clear that Audry was the main focus of the photograph (and not the pretty mountains in the back).
Pretty neat, huh?
In the report itself I decided to make it seem like magic and the abnormal is not something "normal", and even though the Company might employ people with unnatural abilities or skills they are not viewed as such, and simply very gifted individuals.
In the end, would you try to justify how somebody throws fireballs? Of course not. You can charge your clients per fireball though.
