Didn't really know what I wanted to do with this one which is why I left it a headshot. All I knew is that I wanted to draw Chrysalis. I've been trying to practice making hair more detailed. I know I still have a ways to go but for now, I am just glad that I am getting better at these kinds of things.

That cheek area was originally supposed to be highlights but now I can't see it being anything other that "rot" or sunken in which fits considering who the character is.
heheh "Dat tongue" is one of the reasons why I love drawing Chrysalis. It gives me an excuse to play with tongue movement.
