No it isn't. Some NSFW themes and Kinks incur fees because of there complexity how ever.

Just to let you know, the "Simple Illustration Commission Form" doesn't actually seem to let you put in links for the references, only files. Not sure about the other forms.

Yes that is intentional. If links are needed they can be included in the description. But with how the form is set up I can down load all the references at once for all commissions I accept.

Quick question for when/if comms would open: do you do complex perspective and/or poses? Like, characters with lots of dynamics between them?

Oh, sorry if I wasn't coherent enough, but I feel like you got me right. I just had a few ideas I wanted to commission which involved whether weird perspectives, or a lot of interactions between characters and environment, and was looking for artists who could pull that off.
