Oh my God, it's a giant, run! Run for your lives!
...
Okay, so it's not a giant. It is, in fact,
jacq's were-character at one of the big tourist attractions of my country: Madurodam. (www.madurodam.com) There, you can see maquettes (models) of dozens of places and buildings in the Netherlands. I used a picture reference for this maquette, which I think is... Amsterdam? I'm not sure, actually. Not that it matters, because I screwed up on half the detail anyway. I know the contest is titled 'Hobo art', but the description said Jacq could also be a traveller/tourist. And short from smoking weed in Amsterdam's red light district while wearing clog-shaped slippers, this is about as touristy as you can get in the Netherlands.
Interesting bonus fact: Madurodam mostly uses real trees and shrubs, pruned to be very very small.

I'm glad you like it! At first, I had some sketches with the homeless idea, but they all turned out so depressing (maybe in the USA, you have majestic landscapes or starfilled summer nights or something to look forward to, but here you'll just be sitting in the rain in a bus shelter) so I decided to go touristy instead.
