Another addition to the Grimalkin Project.

Grimalkins basically have a matriarchal society, with the Matriarch (or alpha female), being the largest in every pod. Yet even the subordinate females turn out to be larger than a full grown male. So from dark blue to light blue:

- Matriarch(s): After establishing dominance over the pod.
- Subordinate Female(s): Fully Grown
- Male(s): Fully Grown
- Adolescent Female(s) and Male(s): 2-4 Years of age.
- Spawn(s): 4-5 Months of age.

Females will undergo a drastic metamorphosis when coming into 'power' over a pod. They will grow twice their natural size, grow out horns (of different varieties), a nose spike, and occasionally visual spines on their backs. They come into power either by establishing their rank through violence, or domineering actions. Should a subordinate female challenge a current matriarch and overthrow her (which usually means killing said matriarch), she will go under this change after a couple of days. The whole metamorphosis takes about a month to complete.

As for spawns, it takes them 5-6 years to reach their full grown size and sexual maturity; whether they be male or female. From here, their aging comes to an end since Grimalkins are immortal creatures and tend to grow stronger with age.
