This kind of thing happens when you upload an image with transparency to Furaffinity that exceeds 1280x width or height.
Fur affinity will automatically resize an uploaded image if any of its dimensions exceed 1280 pixels. If an image is uploaded within 1280x1280 then furaffinity won't touch it. That's why the other two images are fine, there's an issue with resizing transparent images, see.
To fix this one, you can hit edit under this image and upload the same file again, that should upload the original dimensions without the void. However, due to it having transparency in the first place, it might show grey around it instead (the background of fur affinity) but you can just edit the sai file and fill bucket a layer with white and put it at the back.
In future, when you export a finished PNG image, it'll ask you which format to save the image in, choose "24bpp RGB," this will save the image without transparency. Also, make sure to either resize your image before uploading or use the edit button after uploading to show the image in its original dimensions should it have a Height/Width bigger than 1280x.
Hope I helped.
