With Shredder's demented son Kano on the loose, Karai is forced to accept the Turtles her allies in the upcoming war. She wants to be the only leader of the Foot Clan and Kano has plans to get rid of her. She will not go down without a bloody fight and will need to add the terrapins warriors to her now shrinking Foot Clan army. She presents an offer that Leonardo can not refuse. This chapter features mostly Leo and Don (nice loving fluff for those brothers), though there is some Raph as well.

Don is forced to bear the marks of the Purple Dragons and the Foot which put him into a foul cankerous mood. Angel warns him that Hun's men are going to leave a bomb at Mona Lisa's apartment and that Leo is wearing a control collar. Don sets out to make right to these wrongs and his relationship with Leo is rekindled when the blue clad Turtle breaks Karai's mental hold on him.
They stop Hun's men and the bomb, but Raph thinks Mona Lisa has been kidnapped and goes to Hun's lair.
Leo and Don have to stop Raph before he gets himself into deep trouble.
But Don has a dilemma since he's supposed to be a Purple Dragon too and can't be seen helping his brothers otherwise his undercover mission will be ruined.
