
Many goats, particularly Pygmy, Boer and most dairy goats, exhibit fleshy growths on their neck or under their ears. Called "wattles", they serve no apparent function, nor do they appear to cause any harm.
One study suggests that goats with wattles are more prolific milk producers, but I think they're just cute as heck.
