Here is Leo being a sucker for Karai (no matter what wrong she does him, he can't help but follow his heart- yeah he's messed up). He tries to say she's just a friend, but it's easy to tell he thinks otherwise.
This pic doesn't really match to what's going on in my DoTT fic (since Karai has scorned Leo way too far), but this is a generalized view of Leo's heart (biased towards Leo X Karai fans).
Yes, Karai doesn't have that big of a cup size, but let's just say it's Leo's view of her.
