In an alternate universe where an timetravelling MKI/II was tired of those metal boxes driving clumsily trough no mans land and decided to give those tanks more curves. And made em capable of flight n stuff. Normally you dont ask a woman about her weight but i can assure you she weights way more than 20tons, speaking of thick her armor aint the thickest but it enough for most of those WWI artillery grenades plus it isnt that she cant avoid em.

Bertha is a self concious construct wich appear to have reched sentience however her hardwiring make her only loyal to the people of the Kaiserreich as a whole. That means that she would often walk in the no mans land and tries to destroy as much as possible MG-nests without getting a too serious pounding by reacting artillery.
She also can fly for short distances but it takes a serious strain on her fuelreserves.
