Lucario: I win again!
This is going to require a lot of folding now... (Amazing how small a package these toys can fit in when properly put away! =^^= )
I guess I'll need to do some research on how to paint vinyl one of these years....
Lucario belongs to Gamefreak / Nintendo
Rainbow Dash belongs to Hasbro

I got this from Hongyi (email: hongyi4@hongyitoy.com) The base price is just under $600 for the 4m long Dash you see here. If you google Hongyi Toys, they have a website that shows pretty much everything they make. I usually take a screen shot of what I want and ask them what the going price is. There are usually options for size. Dashie, here, is available from 2m, 2.5m, 3m, and 4m sizes. Lucario is 2m tall and was a little over $400. I inquired about making a 2.5m Lucario, but that took the price over $500.
They will also do minor mods. I'm kinda notorious for changing where the valves are placed... =^^; Give them a clear picture and they will work with you. I have also had wings and claws removed as well with no issues. As far as I can tell, they do not charge extra for any of this.
Next, there will be the shipping charges. They ship via DHL Express. Once you get the shipping number, it should be there in a couple days, barring the weekend. Heh, my favorite thing is watching the tracking, as it leaves Hong Kong Sunday night and arrives Saturday afternoon in Ohio the day before it shipped from China! (Time zones are great fun! =^^= ) Again, larger toys cost more. I think Mishka was the most expensive as she weighed in over 20Kg!
Finally, the banks take their cut, be it Paypal, Western Union or whatever. Depending on the total other costs, it will be $30 - $70.
Timewise, production time varies, Dashie was assembled in four days, then another Week or so to wait for them to ship and her arrival. I think they favor shipping on Fridays, but I have had them ship on other days of the week as well.
Anything else? =^^=

Couple other interesting things as well. II think there's a little bit of buoyancy with air in them, as they seem easier to maneuver when inflated than when compacted. Also, the larger ones seem to react to atmospheric pressure. We have a barometer in the kitchen. If I pay attention to the needle, it the pressure rises, the toy gets a little soft, if the barometer drops, the toy gets firmer! =^^=
