While tangentially related to Elves, No orc has ever died of old age. They continue to grow in muscle mass thought most of their life, but due to the warlike ways of orc socity one usually dies of axe to face long before they reach an advanced age. Or monster attack.
Cindy is rare in this regard in that she has survived longer than any other orc monster hunter. This is due to the intervention of friends in addition to her own quick wits.

Orcs once served as the heavy infantry of Flesh Tyrant Motaron, and were built by him from elvish flesh for this purpose. Just as Goblins were his light infantry/scouts and hobgoblins were his cavalry. While partly responsible for the collapse of bronze age civilization in Astenval, after his defeat these races have been relegated to the edges of civilization. Unable to compete with more organized humans, dwarves, elves, ect.

But a great season of change is upon the world, monarchies fall making ways for republics. Magic powered clockworks are coming into being. The eldritch monsters that menace the seas are being pushed back. Some orcs are even concidering *gasp* settling...
