Keahi is a new character concept I came up with over this past week. He is a Polynesian Rite of Passage Tattooist. Keahi is a Green Basilisk (Basiliscus plumifrons), or as some people call them the "Jesus Lizard". Yes, these are the lizards that can run across the surface of water.

This is my first time cracking open my Copics in a while, and quite frankly I think I did a pretty good job. I pretty much went by the rule "if it doesn't hurt, you're doing it wrong" on this one: my hand was cramped by the time I finished ONLY his skin!

I know it doesnt show, but he has sky blue spots down his side and powder blue spots on his back and tail crests, as well as his head.
