The original, YES. Extremely so. It's one of her favorite series.

The recent anime... don't bring it up around her if you're not prepared for a frustrated rant.

What about Dark Souls? Possibly one of the biggest love letters to Berzerk out there...that also features many massive swords and demands you kill everything that moves, otherwise it'll kill you. Again, and again, and again!

You know it's funny that the recent videogame of Berserk does a better job adapting the Manga then that actual Anime. XD

And has better CGI.

Have you seen those warriors from Hammerfel? they've got curved swords. Curved. Swords.

I always prefer to be the warrior in most games. It's rare I play something else, but I found I can do so quite efficiently.
