
What happens when a macrofur never has seen small people before.
Three weeks of utter frustration and suddenly this pops out. No really, I redrew this image several times, re-inked this image several times. Eventually I said "Fuck it", and just went the way I did best. You should never, ever have the mindset of trying to be perfect and amazing because 99.992% of the time you're going to be frustrated as hell over something that wasn't meant to be frustrating in the first place. Ya hear me? DON'T DO IT!
*pants. huffs, honks...*
Instead, do what you do best and take it a step at a time. It will save you lots of drywall repair bills from throwing your Wacom and it will definitely make art sans frustrating. (Also, maybe the search for a job may or may not have something to do with it!)
Okay, onto the fun stuff about the image. I did learn how to make buildings more believable, shows what you can do with a bunch of squares and a paths tool. And I used stuff like atmospheric perspective and other little goodies to get this image. But anyway hope you like it.
