:3 heh atm on platinum I have a grotle, recaught a better natured/personality starly and will level it up, porygon-z, Meditite and thinking hard on my water type and will be getting a stunky by what is called a type modifer code that works with yer poketch good ar code since you can't catch stunky,skunktank,glameow,purugly,The honchkrow and mismagious lne :3

I only have Platinum on an R4 so I have a few cheats activated, including the one that allows me to capture other trainer's Pokemon and Pokeradar...

Jack used his R4 Platinum+cheats to get me Vision. He's collecting shinies. We're yet to find a way to distinguish the cheat Pokemon from the non-cheat ones.

perfect hacks are IMPOSSIBLE to detect. Trust me i know (ive made quite a few!!) In-perfect hacks wont transfer to PBR on the wii and come up as "Bad eggs". i think the ppl that make these are serious amateurs. They load pokemon with moves they cannot learn and increase their EV stats to ridiculous (and not probable) levels. If he wants shinies cant he just make them all himself now? :P i have collected a few legit shinies otherwise if he's looking for some legit ones... as far as i can tell theyre not hacked anyway... but yeah. I can vouch for one at least, my shiny machamp which i caught myself! lol

He activated the cheat code for the pokeradar on the R4 Platinum game... and is using that to find shinies. He's still chaining Pokemon and catching them, not creating them... But I think he's increased the rate shinies appear for him somehow. You'd have to ask him.

ah so hes doing it the hard way :) i commend him, im too lazy (nor do i have the time being a mummy and all) to do that :P chaining increases your chances dramatically. The longer the chain, the higher chance. I have a friend whos an ace a chaining. He says without cheats the chances (at least for him) have been 1 in every 50-60 on average... lol ive tried chaining and for some reason i cant get past 33 XP

The R4 is a flash cartridge if im correct :) ive been wanting one for ages but just settled for an AR instead, as i found its better for cloning pokemon, and during that time my Poke Shop was still open for business. Now no one seems to want any so i just store, clone and train for personal use. Dont worry i didnt charge ppl, i just traded depending on value.

He can do it either way. The shiny hoothoot was chained, the shiny taillow/swellow was created, but Jack created Swift (my swellow) really well, listing Rain (my Pokemon name) as the OT and even getting my ID number and putting it on there. We didn't mess with the moves and created her level 1 so I could train and raise her myself... the only thing we stuffed up was, apparently we met her on Jan 0, 00. lol

yeah i know what you mean its so easy to do lol ^_^ i dont bother messing around with moves either, it kinda defeats the purpose and leaves me with nothing to do. I just love having shiny pokemon, nothing wrong with them. I hate chaining tho, i cant get very far with it and i dont generally have the time to sit there all day doing it

We don't have wireless here so we can't test that :C Otherwise we would have already.
But the OT, route where caught (even if stolen from a trainer) and several other things all seem perfectly intact. I'll show you next I see you, see if you can spot a flaw I cannot.

you need PBR and a wii. If you know someone who has a wii i could bring mine up or something if you dont have it

yeah theres a cheat to get past that. ive found ive gotten past it too. i have a pokemon i traded (bad deal >.<) that is obviously hacked and can still put it up :( I still think PBRs the best bet. I was also told theres a code u can use on the R4 that "scans" pokemon to see if theyre legit. Ill have to see if i can find the conversation thread about it

i must agree with you. Noctowl isnt as cute ^^ but if it were me and i had a shiny hoothoot id evolve for battling purposes.. but thats me :P

LOL I has a shiny swellow for battling purposes...
Higher attack and speed than pidgeot, adamant nature and the guts ability... She's pretty nifty.
