Perhaps not the most exciting of submissions. But regardless, here is the flag of the land of the Awes. In other words Aweland.
They are not exactly very imaginative with comming up a name for their homeland, the Awes. They are a very practical sort.
But at least some more thought went into their flag.
The flag is supposed to depict a field of purple with a backdrop of mountains of white with yellow/gold sky.
The purple while also being an imperial color, represent their nation and its foundation in the fertile lands and the violet flowers that often bloom there. The white mountains are their past and origin while the yellow/gold sky represents themselves, the Awe.
A little history.
The world has long been in a prolonged Ice age and Awes lived during this time in a vast chain of alpine mountain-regions and its protected valleys. The north, where they are now settled, was largely under a a sheet of glacial ice.
The great warming changed this and Awes gradually moved into the region as the changing climate grew their population.
But it was not without catastrophic setbacks and Aweland would not be formed until hundreds of years later in a second settling wave. But thats a tale for another time.
