This is a redraw of a piece I did of this character (Simon) a whole 4 years ago, back when I first got my tablet. It’s so crazy to think of how much has happened in that time, from an art standpoint and also from a personal standpoint. Simon was my doofy birdbrain back in Dreamscape. He was an excuse to be silly and act unconventional, given that he was a literal dinosaur man given life as a sapient humanoid. I miss Simon a lot but, i dunno, a part of me is glad I left him behind. Who knows where he would have grown to now?
