This was a REALLY cold day. I was out for maybe two minutes and I couldnt feel my fingers enough to click the camera. Everything was iced over.

This one is just beautiful
I still regret I didn't get back home for a camera when we had a sudden frost one morning. Getting late to work was totally nothing compared to what I could have shot -- the frost formed needles like fir ones on every branch of every tree, and by noon most of them fell off...

It really was. Was in '02 or '03... Don't remember. But since then I try to ALWAYS have camera with me.

My wife gets on me on the subject now that I got a DSLR, as it's much larger than a handycam :)
I think I'll get a handycam again, too, though... They are often better when you need to take a sudden macro or tele shot and don't have the appropriate lens mounted.

I settled on Rebel XS for starterts. Still not sure if it was a right idea, or I should have went for a 35mm like 5D, because of the lenses.
