Just a cool bonfire picture I took that looks like your looking down into what people often image Hell to look like. I wanna draw little demons to superimpose running all around in it. lol

Damn cool colors. I know copper gives greenish/blue, but don't recall what gives purple.

I'm not sure. I think it might have been the way the light was filtering through the camera lense.

Negative. You got "normal" colors on the other shot :)

True, but the different lighting can cause it to focus differently on the flames versus the wood and could cause different colors.

I don't think it can cause different *colors* (as in, hues) to appear on the shot. Well, maybe, it can affect the overall color temp of the picture, but not parts of it. And you still have "normal" fire on this one, too.

It may have been the different temperatues of the fire itself.

I thought of that, but if so, it's the camera registering the part of the spectrum we don't. Which isn't unlikely, in fact.
Also, thinking of it, when I get to fire at night, I think I'll need to make a few speedshots and make a nice animated piccie from them :)
