Here we see two new characters who will serve as unlikely allies to help Charles the Rat Detective in his case of the Night Owl of Hackmoor.

Sergeant Wilkins of the London police force owns a cat named Inspector Lestray in homage of his superior. Lestray is the only cat a rodent can trust since he's lawful and keeps the rogues in a straight line.

Lafayor is a lone rat. He was formerly a henchrat to Rattigan, but left due to his superior's cruelty and madness. Now the pitiful antihero rat seeks to make his own fortune by seeking the Streets paved with Gold.
