Unfortunately, I got this scanned before I had traced over the lines. Forgot blue doesn't show up well. I'm also lazy, so I haven't gotten around to going over the lines and rescanning it. XP

Anyways, I had heard the whole "sea kitten" business (which makes me think of catfish pups instead of regular fish) and thought that I had to draw it. Especially since a while back I had created a fish/cat hybrid race, called Wacats. So here we are, a sea kitten. :D
