The lighting is done especially well... I love the coloured tinges in the shadows, and the yellow edge bordering the shadow and light!

Your use of reflective light here is lovely! Always nice to see you depicting scenes involving water, you have a very striking way of handling it.

Every important detail is beautifully rendered! From the water's transparency to the light it reflects on the character's body. The plants, the background, and the whole depth added by the beautiful light you painted makes this a fantastic piece. Great work!

Wow... I love it!

There are two things about this which stand out the most to me: the lighting (some subsurface scattering along the wings, and the bounce lighting across the skin, picking up other light sources from across the scene), and the anatomy, especially around the hips. It's not easy to catch the subtle bumps and dips of muscle structure without making it seem awkward and out of place: it takes a fair bit of control over some very subtle shifts in lighting and color to pull that off. Kudos to you! :D
