I'm a big Doctor Who fan (yes, I'm a Whovian XD), and after recently watching a movie called "The Five Doctors" (It really should have been called "The Four Doctors" since we only get to the fourth Doctor for like a minute of the movie XD), I learned that the third Doctor drives a classic roadster named Bessie. :) I immediately took a liking to the car, and just had to draw this up. :) I had to get rid of her front license plate to make a spot for her mouth to go, but she still has her rear plate, and it says exactly what it does in the movie, "The Five Doctors".
After doing a bit of homework, I learned that Bessie here is a 1969 Siva Edwardian Tourer, but as you can imagine, she's no ordinary roadster. ;) The Doctor has fitted her a number of modifications that can't be seen, including an anti-theft force field that magnetically traps anyone that tries to steal Bessie, a remote control to allow him to steer and operate the car from a distance, and a minimum inertia hyperdrive that allows the Doctor to drive Bessie at breakneck speeds and still come to a sudden stop without him or his passengers being tossed through the windscreen by inertia. :)
