You might (or might not) enjoy the lesson I gave about chord progressions.
Very few of your chord progressions have any common notes: for example, you would play D-F-A as one chord, then C-E-G as the next, with no notes in common. Try using chord progressions with one note in common: for example, go from D-F-A to C-E-A or D-F-A to D-G-B or the like.
