Here you can see the step by step progress of building the head of Falkay.
I started by making a clay version of the head so i could sculpt the base over it.
The eyes are resin cast follow-me with green LED's and she has a movable beak.
We detailed her with lots of real and fake feathers to create a good balance between textures and to get a beautiful avian look.
