So, this is like...One of my most favorite things I've gotten. Features a friend's character and my own. The bigger one being Zaisha (the friend's) and my own character Snow, who's the lil birdie down there.
If no one has played Starbound before, that thing he's using is called a Matter Manipulator and it manipulates any form of matter; hence the name. So, here, Zaisha has kind of shrunken him down because she's got a fantasy about shrinking down cute boys around her already enormous feet/toes. So, Snow's kind of fending off a single huge toe, in hopes of not being smushed underneath the heavy digit, unless she shrinks him down again...Who knows what'll happen, then.
