A piece I did for EF that I can now show since the con is over. It was one of the 4 big stage banners!

I missed out on this on 3 separate occasions >_< 1 art show canvas. The one guy I was bidding against won, his friends encouraged him to make a big jump in the price which happened to be my max. 2 Banner at the Art Auction, couldn't afford it. 3 and this one hurt the most, after the auction I went to find your table at the dealers den and actually saw one of the smaller prints that you were selling of it. But it was hanging on a wall that faced a table that was closed. So I assumed your table was closed for the time being and I figured I'd come back later. Came back later only to find that your table was not the closed off one, but the one behind the wall that the print hung on. And of course when I arrived the last one had been sold like 30 minutes prior. I should've payed more attention to the dealer's den layout. I guess it was just not meant to be >_<
In the thumbnail for this one, that column top over her head looked like a mohawk, and the item in her right hand looked like a ping-pong paddle. ... I think I want to see Egyptian gods participating in modern leisure activities now. Anubis getting worked up losing at an online video game, Ra playing golf, Isis with a hacky-sack...
Oh my, truely a feline godess. The egyptian eye-shadow highlight those golden eyes even more. The stripes on the inside fer ears remind me on the tradtional headwear of a pharao. Are those "natural" ?
Hmm, and those trinkets; a tradtional scarap brooch. Very good work; I am just missing the ankh symbol... well, maybe she needed to put it away to play with that golden shield ?

I love Ancient Egypt and everything connected with it.
Just look at her eyes! Such a natural, alive, cunning. How did you manage to draw such a charming goddess of cats? And the background, so it is generally a separate conversation. I'm not talking about the soft yellowish tint of the colon that is decorated with ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs!
