The Roadwardens is usually the go-to guild for adventuring on Aerun. They pay much more than the adventuring guilds that pop up from time to time, and they're usually much less dangerous than the mercenary guilds who sees members surviving five years as seniors.

Roadwardens don't have any policy against species or gender, just as long one can handle themselves. A person works their way up, from being bodyguards on the roads going from city to city, up to exploring caves to defeat the horrors lurking within.
