Sounds to me like your predicament relies heavily on exact wording and semantics. 0 years old could easily refer to a newborn or prior, but it could also indicate an infant between the newborn and 12 month stage. Judging by the image, I'd say your current situation is the latter. Either way, Happy Birthday! :)
