I dig the design of this super friendly character with deadly amounts of teeth - but that text is verging on unreadable. You've got two shades of yellow in the text and a pale, white-ish background. There needs to be a darker colour there to make the words stand out. I'd say try a darker blue or dark green on the inside of your text.
