Without going too much into detail. there is a special glass casing over the planet's atmosphere. one that not only protects it from physical contact but keeps its gravity and such regulated so people arnt thrown about as i walk :3
Tho when people die on the planet for what ever reason... their soul can pass through it and straight into the afterlife..... My foot >:3
