At least now that she's a Yinglet, she only needs a brief nap... regularly
Now if she were a human, getting less than 6 hours of sleep a night on a regular basis could be detrimental to her brain as recently discovered http://www.pbs.org/newshour/rundown.....ientists-warn/
This wolf needs to get more sleep every night because the 4 hours I've been getting regularly every night is bad.

I had pretty much the same reaction when I heard that on the radio, then read the actual article. To my understanding, there is a part of your brain that is awake when you're awake and asleep when you're asleep, and it's located in the cerebellum. The lizard brain part. People who are constantly sleep deprived will tend to be more prone to moodiness is the take away I got from the articles. Nevertheless, I prize intelligence above all else, and this is a perceived threat to that.
Good to hear you got a good nights rest for once! Now the real challenge is to make THAT a habit.
I learned in the Army that as long as I got 4 hours, I can make it through the day. It's a horrible day, mind you, but I'll make it. Ever since my wife delivered our puppy 3 years ago, I have not been able to get a full nights sleep. Coupled with my wife's disability, and having to work 2 jobs while still not making ends meet, plus getting back into art as a hobby 3 years ago, time has become a commodity I no longer can afford. And thus sleep was scarified.
Love your yinglet work and looking forward to seeing more! Yinglets are a VERY niche fan base, and I've noticed that we're benefiting from the village effect, where everyone knows each other

I dont know how much i will be consistent on that.. I really suffer these days, and increasingly from adhd, (And that was before the transformation!! ) .. my day job, and running a home business building consumer electronics products, has kinda pushed me on the edge of criticality. There is admittedly a part of me saying that this swan-dive back into drawing is an escape--- fine and that may be, but I think it a necessary one at this point. I imagine you may have read my pinned journal--- it is true that not been much of a fun type to be around for the last year or so, and I want that to change.
But whatevs... if that means something else has to give to regain my sanity, so be it.
I rather love that this is a small fandom base that has others that I can actually get to talk to and know and chat with. Val is very busy, but he is wonderful in that he talks to his followers, and I certainly hope over time to get to know him a bit more.
I have to say, I am new to the whole Picarto thing... I think i could really get into it now--- though it was increadibly BUSY in multi-stream mode--- kind of mental overload being there when you dont know... anyone *laugh*
But I had fun despite this.... and it was cool to see you there, though the chat was busy and I was also drawing....
Thought about making a stream myself... But ... would anyone watch? .. uhh.. meh.. probably not :P *lol*
Still, i admit it would have been nice to have shared it and been asking people for ideas... I am no gift to art, but I at least seem to be improving over ...*snirk!!* ... years... *LOL*
Oh man.. I'm gnawing your ears (eyes?) off ...
Awesome getting to know you and shard..
