Another funny moment I had while playing Breath of the wild. Was climbing around death mountain and was high enough the heat from the lava wasn't really effecting me. Saw a shrine below in the middle of the lava lake and was like "woo new shrine" so glided down toward it. Of course the heat shot up form the lava so had to chug a fire proofing potion and got into the shrine. Well the potion wore off while i was doing the shrine so I walked out of the shrine all happy got another one crossed off and just instantly burst into flames once outside XD I had another potion but was really funny cause i was expecting least a short bit of 'omg hot' not instantly ablaze XD

Gotta love needing those effect-proof potions/gear.
I was confused for the longest time why my equipment and potions was not working in the desert.... until I realized that fireproof and heatproof are different things. How does it even make sense that an outfit can protect me from both the fire AND heat from being inside a volcano... but not from the heat of a desert?
