Well, lemme explain it a bit for ya. There's several things to consider here that could offer some insight.
A lot of babyfurs are in relationships with other babyfurs, so the chances that they both enjoy wearing diapers are quite high. So even if one fur is playing the mommy/daddy/big brother/etc role, they might still wear diapers because they just enjoy the feeling of them and whatnot. Generally, it's not exactly a bad thing for the person playing the baby either... most of us kind of find that sexy :P
