As a commission client you MUST agree to the following.

You must be over 18 to request adult art.

I as the artist retain all rights to any and all artwork I do (except commissions involving copyrighted characters). Therefore, I may show, distribute, edit, print, and sell the image(s) as I see fit (unless otherwise agreed upon up front).

I as the artist will NOT illustrate underage characters in erotica of any kind. All characters depicted are 18 or older, even if otherwise specified.

My illustrations are for personal use only. You may not use my works commercially

Information for you: As a commission client you may contact me at any time to request an update. I will update you with WIPs (works on progress) of the illustration and you may request changes and edits during the intial sketch phase. You are also entitled to a full refund up to the approval of the first WIP, once you approve it's a done deal. If you are unsatisfied and request a refund, The refund will only go directly to you, i will not forawrd the cash to another person.
