So i figured why not post the link here this way too. Gotta advertise a lil bit, right?
The Deadline for Aweworld is here and thus i post the link in all manner of places.

Aweworld, an interactive story with Vore elements!
This is effectively the first of possibly 3 chapters.
I hope you'll enjoy it. And if you find bugs and problems, let me know.
And if you want, let me know if you liked it too. That would be nice.
Or if you have some feedback. That's nicer!

I managed to reach the end alive and kicking. It's an awesome text adventure, with interesting options and features. :3
I really enjoyed it, though I was being as careful as possible to avoid getting nommed because... You know, Avolc has been a big favorite of mine for a long time. You could say she was one of my first pred crushes. And when you're in control of a character that you like so much, you feel responsible for their survival!
I'll explore a bit more of the game every now and then to see what else I can see. Now we'll just have to wait and see when chapter 2 is released!

Thank you! I'm glad to hear you've been such a fan of Avolc, don't be afraid to put her in trouble though, she's tough and can handle it!
Chapter 2 is something i will look into starting to write in earnest perhaps soon. With all the groundwork of Aweworld done, it SHOULD not take as long as Chapter 1 did.
But who knows, I have a bunch of new interesting ideas for that might take time.

I've been into her since I started taking an interest in vore. I found her so fluffy and adorable that I couldn't help it. X3
I know she's tough. Even if I've tried to be careful not to get her nommed, I also made her be rather brave and selfless. I got her injured twice, I'm afraid. You could say I tried to be the brave captain that looks after their crew's wellbeing. I still lost 19 members in total in the end though. :<
One thing to note though, when I was injured a second time stopping the raptorian fight, I chose to heal naturally, yet I still ended up in the matron's pouch. So either that choice was irrelevant or it was some sort of glitch that left me with no choice.
Sounds like you already have interesting things planned for the future of the story. Can't help to see how you surprise us next!

No prob. :3
Another thing to note is that the raptorian fight has the option to stop the fighting yourself and doing that causes you injury, yet the option of stopping the fight by yourself isn't highlighted in orange to tell it's a risky option.
If I find any other bugs or am told about one, I'll let you know.
Gotta say, I was glad to see the appearance of some known faces in the game! Though some were more... Irritating than others, if you know what I mean. Makes you want to show a certain someone their place. =3=

Ah, is that so? She didn't look like so. She's very hard to negotiate with. =w=
I decided to play it safe and not take the deal at the time.
At least Evoc is nice to be around of, even if he doesn't talk much. I would have liked more scenes interacting with him. Then again, I haven't explored the game completely. I started to feel bad for him though due to the events with the gambling. Poor guy.

Finished it, jeeze was that long! I don't know how well I did. We got a victory in the only skirmish in the chapter but we lost several crew members when I let the gambling go and then allowed ziggy to teach the raptorians how to gamble! My first officer got eaten when they rebelled and I ate evoc the packmaster when it happened. Also ate a thief as well but let the other one go to the cadet who caught them. I still ran behind schedule even though I saved time but I did manage to get my hands on the intel and that was probably why we made the enemy vessel retreat. Also my ship is damaged but my morale is amazing heh.
In order to get the darn intel from that vriska I had to quote en quote 'appeal to her better judgement' (not sure that's how it's spelled) and THEN let her carry me around in her gut. Any other option resulted in the intel being lost! Oh and allowing the last meeting to come up to mourn losses and then using MYSELF as a volunteer...instant game over. Shouldn't that have had the 'mortal peril' warning over it? Just sounds like something that should've had that......oh and helping others in trouble is always a good thing.
First off a few statistics from my playthrough:
37 days, 22 casualties, 'soaring' morale at 10 points, 'Serviceable' hull integrity, injured three times, 4 (5 actually) noms, Arn alive, Tung pudge, Keeper alive, and Objective 1 failed.
Now some words. As someone who has never seen any of your works (only ever heard your name in passing, really) this is probably one of the most well-executed 'text-based vore-oriented' interactive things I've ever experienced. In just about every vore-related game or interactive I find myself wanting to skip all of the fluff and get 'straight to the good part' so to speak, but with this interactive I found myself drawn in. I cared about my crew, but I also wanted to complete my missions, but I also want to eat people while not getting ate. The whole thing is a juggling act, and sometimes I've found myself opting to forego vorish options in favor of keeping crew members around or morale up. There were a few occasions where I felt my gut clench (and not because it was hungry) and I was tempted to hit the back button to try again, such as near the end when there appears to be someone missing from the screen, to keep things as spoiler-free as possible. A very minor touch but as I was reading I was more worried about their fate. It was also interesting how despite my best efforts to complete the objective I still failed just because I didn't wanna be noms. Guess that kinda says something about myself =p
The way that stats are hidden makes you contemplate what sort of outcome some of your actions will take based on the text instead of looking at a number. There were a great variety offood characters and the fact that you always had the option to consult some of them for almost every event added to the flavor... sorry. So yes, all in all you've made something quite good here. Oh, and about the never having seen any of your work before? It was quite interesting puzzling out the physiology of the various critters just through the in-game descriptions and not reading the lore section. It's fun when you can make a world where vore is just a thing people do even thought it results in gurgles |3
There were a few glitches and typos but nothing too major, I know in your description it says you did this as a learning experience. For example during the "further westward" event there's a line that's obviously supposed to be different depending on how you handled Viskas, it displays both lines one after the other.
Now I kinda wanna play through again and see just how many you're allowed to eat and still reach the end of the chapter alive, and also find out what happens if Tung isn't on your hips the entire game.
---- Rest in pudge: Nipfang, Mid-Officer Tung, Pvt. Finnik, Teef , and Viskas. (One of them doesn't appear to count towards the "voracity" stat at the end? I went back and played through again just to be sure, making the same choices...)

Hello there!
Happy to get such meaty feedback, thanks for playing and I'm glad you enjoyed the story!
I think I've fixed the bugs you pointed out, there's been a lot of those that slipped my attention, but that is only natural.
What if i told you you can get Viska AND the intel.

Okay, I'd like to add a few things I had forgotten to mention.
A sort of "captain's log" feature would be nice, summarizing past events (I.E. Day 1: met the dudes. Day 2: disallowed the thing. Day 3: made cupcakes.) so you can review your choices during your playthrough. It'd be a button next to the 'lore' button, perhaps.
During the religious ceremony thing near the end of the game the cadets will comment on the soft-spoken's appearance before being revealed.
In a similar vein I do wish that the cadets would comment a little more often (Yes they already comment often but I want more! I really like them), right now it seems they're only allowed to comment at the start of an event, but won't really add anything once decisions are made. I wanna see Valnos's comments after I feed him for example =3
Can;t think of anything else off the top of my head. Stiiilll trying to figure out how to get the wulf and the intel with no luck |3
And finally a question... how exactly is "awe" pronounced? Is it just like "Awe" as in the word "awe" or is it more similar to "A-weeh" or something else?

A log is a good idea and one i considered making. But it's always a question of time investment. I could develop it and put it in place, it would be quite a nice flavor thing. But with my limited coding skills would make it take time.
Thanks for more feedback on some bugs and stuff thats slipped my notice. There's been a lot of reports of such over the week, not as many as i'd feared but still. I should start making a list as i'm falling behind on fixing it all. X3
As for pronouncement. Though i figure most people pronounce it 'Aww' like in Awe. I personally have always pronounced it 'Ayve'. There's been no reason to push for which is the correct one though.
As for the Wulf captain. She needs to be impressed by action rather than words. Bring her something from a dangerous place and show her you've eaten more formidable foes then her.

I'm pleased to report that I've discovered how to convince the wulf captain thanks to your hint. I had initially thought it to be a pretty innocuous item and not worth the effort.
Unfortunately before I can really relish my victory of sorts, the game manages to pull at my heartstrings yet again. War is not nice indeed.

Whoo! Finally got around to playing this, and holy moly this was fantastic! I came, i saw, i ate, and... I missed out on the intel. =W= But i did punch Viska in the face and eat her, so it wasn't a total loss?
Also dang, that mountain-awe priestess managed to get me eaten without a second thought. It kinda just... Happened. I guess she got me when i felt a bit preyish... And i had eaten a few folk... So i was nice and plump... Gosh. I just... She has power, but not with physical strength or cunning. She has a force behind her that can't be denied. I look forward to seeing her more in later chapters. :3

I think one of the parts i can vaguely remember involved the trio of... Oh what was their rank... Erm, well, i can't remember right now, it was the three Awes who talk to you about the different current scenarios in the game. Anyway, the thing i remember is that at some point i could pick one of them to eat a captured pirate, i think... Like i said, i can't really remember.
I may be necrotizing a post, but my curiosity is getting the better of me. Officer Tung seems to get the short end of the stick as it seems he gets lost no matter what. At the sea battle there is a part where he gets hurt but they say it looks like he will recover. However in statistics it always says he was lost in the line of duty. Is this a bug? Or was this what was intended? I am very curious to know if he could be saved.
