Q: How do I know if my submission has been accepted?
A: We’ll be processing all the commission submission orderly, according to the time they were submitted.
If we do accept your commission, you’ll be notified and shall receive our quotes within 3 business day (UTC+8).
Please Pay the required 50% deposit within the specified time frame (ie. Within 3 days of receiving the quotes), and your name will be listed on our queue list thereafter.
Q: Will my submission be denied?
A: We’ll be judging your submission according to its feasibility, complexity, and the style required to complete the works.
If we determined that your commission does not suit our style or we don’t have the necessary means in techniques and technology to complete your work, then your commission might be denied.
Trust us. We do really love to bring your character to live, but we do believe firmly that if we doesn’t have the technique or confidence to bring your character to life, then we shouldn’t blindly accept your commission.
Also, there are also the possibility that the queue is just full, and we can’t accept your submission.
