um...picture barbie or ken...then, i go in, make her heavier, bigger boobs, smaller butt, whatever...add a skin, to make her black, white, kitty-like...add hair, clothes, shoes...pose her, and there ya go! k, it's a bit more complicated than that, but thats the idea in a nut-shell
