I'm assuming that this is a beach picture (judging by the blanket he's lying down on), in which case several scenarios are possible... (1) He could be mistaken for a whale and get pushed back in to the ocean by Greenpeace; (2) He could ask a kid if he/she could bury him in the sand, to which the cub would reply, "Hey! I only have just so many days to my Summer vacation!"; (3) He could drink a lot of soda, and his swollen belly could rise and fall in unison with the ocean's tides; or (4) several youngsters - hot from the sun - could rest on his shady side, while he's napping (provided he doesn't turn over in his sleep)!
