Just remember, master your basics to a certain point and you'll be able to draw in *any* style you want! Or, so I'm told! lol

basic shapes (breaking real life things into basic shapes in your mind, I'm working on developing this currently!)

Value/Shading (adds three dimentionality to your pieces)

and many others! These are just a few of the important fundamentals I've heard about the most.

This same advice I have gotten from different books and teachers, so it seems it must be true! :>
