As the cold analytical droid and the slime-parasite settled into their new host, they sensed something very unusual. It wasn't just them & the weakminded monster they had commandeered, but someone else too, a far stronger presence. A frighteningly powerful being, right beside them, in their mind. They wasted no time in their attack, desperately trying to take full 100% control, but they were too well matched. Battered and fatigued, neither had the willpower left to resist, and each slowly dissolved into the other.
Eventually they woke up, as one unified being, Farrago. Equal parts similar to the originals, yet entirely his own person, he wandered off into the world, eager to make sense of it. his glob-parts gave him the curiosity to explore the world, whilst his droid-parts allowed him to understand what he saw. Sentient & self-conscious, every day he discovers another marvelous construct to examine, be it an oak tree, a mineral deposit, or a squirrel.
In his left arm, he keeps a small storage of very liquid slime, to throw at animals & people. Not enough to fully take over their minds, but enough to suppress their aggression & keep himself safe.
