I suck at breakups. I'm almost afraid to get into another relationship because I take them so hard.

Yeah, I've been like that a bit recently.

The actual break up was nearly 3 months ago now, but really, I've only acknowledged it mentally for a week.

*chuckles* Anyone who says it gets easier with practice is just plain wrong though... It doesn't.

Still, it comes to a choice of waiting and holding a candle for someone... becoming a hermit... or throwing yourself back out there to try again.

I admit, I'll be stuck between options one and three for a long while, most likely xD

I'm definitely open, but I'm not actively going out and looking.
I'm just waiting patiently, thinking about asking someone out that I know. :3
But I kinda want to find another furry. :P

Yeah, if I can get myself back to that stage... Waiting for serendipedy? Then I'll be ready for another relationship, I guess...

One thing is for sure though, I'm swearing off the long distance stuff... It's just too painful.

Hahaha. Yeah. Even like four hours away like my last relationship was... it was hard for me. I'm saying at least one hour away if I ever do it again. xD

Yup... First long distance for me was England to Oklahoma... Second was a little worse still, distance wise, England to California... But at least he lived near the airport.

One hour, or same town is the way to go, unless you have a heart of steel, or the ability to move one or the other of you.

Yeah :) ... We didn't get many nights together... but just lying there with him in my arms was something I'll never forget... :)
