This is my character for my friend's current Traveller RPG game, Yeung Nari Lee (or Nari Lee Yeung in the western naming convention.)
She is a short, plump, woman of Korean descent in her mid-40s, who is a senior starship engineer and lover of all things that go boom. I wanted a character who was a high-end demolitions expert, but one who physically looked as unlike a stereotypical demolitions expert as I could get, so I figured a small cherubic grandma-type would be the best way to go. She also has a high cooking skill and her workshop is a mishmash of both high-tech devices and fancy kitchen gadgets, so no one but her can tell when she's mixing a volatile variant of semtex or a batch of almond cookies.
Traveller is a science fiction/space opera tabletop RPG that I've been playing for over 25 years now. The guys I'm playing with now is my old group from my college days, and we play over Skype.
