Gamegame was the Monster of the week on Episode 2 of the UFO Robot Grendizer series, and is first seen when Col. Blaki arrived at the Vegan Skull Moon Base, following the first battle with Grendizer and the destruction of GiruGiru, on the hangar bay before been loaded up to the Motherburn (Blaki's flagship). He had a gray color scheme of Dark Red, pink, and green. Its limbs are black, with the body in the shape of a large dish, he has a horned helmet on his head, and his yellow compound eyes show its pilots behind them at times. Gamegame like most Saucer Beasts is able to fly, usually in its saucer mode which can use a buzzsaw while in flight. In its full form, Gamegame can shoot an orange heat ray from its mouth and can shoot purple lightning bolts from the 360 angle horns on its helmet.

After much of Duke Fleed's past is revealed to Koji, the Lab's radar system detected the Motherburn coming into orbit with a fleet of Vegan Fighters, Duke deployed Grendizer for combat after a brief scuffled with Koji, who later joins him in the fight. Once Duke decimated the Vegan Fighters, Blaki Deployed GameGame into action. Duke fired Space Thunder, but GameGame blocked it with it's heat ray, he then hit Grendizer while on the Spazer in it's UFO mode, losing balance – GameGame then holds onto The Spazer, in an attempt to crash it on the ground, blocking Grendizer's exit from the Spazer. Thankfully, Koji arrived on it's TFO and shoots GameGame down with missiles, making the Monster fall and allowing Duke to deployed Grendizer just 200 meters short of impact - Grendizer bounces a few times before hitting with the side of the mountain. Koji then tries to cover Duke while distracting the monster, but GameGame shoots the TFO down with it's lightning Bolt attack.

GameGame and Grendizer then lock hands, with the beast shooting its lightning bolts, only missing as Grendizer held the head out of target as both stood at the edge of a cliff – Grendizer missteps and falls from the cliff, avoiding another Lightning Bolt attack, and GameGame jumps after him in an attempt to crush him, Duke repels this attack with Space Thunder, tossing the Beast up in the air, and finally destroying it.

After the battle, Duke wakes up in the Hospital with Koji and Dr. Genzo Umon next to him – a grateful Duke shakes hands with Koji, thus becoming friends and by episode's end, Duke vows to protect his new home at any cost.
