I can imagine Katia's akward quest for finding someone who can help her to find a way to get her guest out, or at least find out about who are they or why they ended up inside her.
Heh, it'd be amazing if when she starts asking the townfolk about her belly, they decide to treat it as a pregnant belly, actively ignoring the hand prints the person makes in her stomach :Y
