She's a criminal mastermind who's special talent is to make bombs. Her bombs do not harm, of course, but instead once they explode they release a smoke that makes either others fall asleep, loose their memory temporarily, or laugh or sneeze uncontrollably; all giving her an opportunity to steal things or to escape. Her cutiemark may also be a reference to her extremely explosive temper that she looses very, VERY easily.
