Story: Walthari is in charge of the universe's Distortion world, where Walthari has built himself a palace and installed himself as king. Not many people live in the palace with him besides his servants, people he's taken a liking to and dragged into his world through portals. Walthari spends a lot of time sitting around and barking orders, but has recently come to visit Puff Vista more and more to find people to play with. Walthari is widely regarded as the brattiest of Sarge's kids due to being left alone, and doesn't have a good relationship with any of them.

Walthari is a very bratty and spoiled dude, a trait that only worsened with his time alone. He throws tantrums when he doesn't get what he wants, and is generally very derisive towards other people. He's a little self-absorbed as well. He does have a sweet side, but it takes a lot of patience to deal with Walthari at his worst.

Walthari is into a wash of kinks, but mostly anything that involves him being on top. He does like messing diapers and bathing in them, and likes it when people pamper him.
